UKRBAGPACK LLC — manufacturer of flexible packaging since 2014
UKRBAGPACK LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of big bags (FIBC flexible containers), polypropylene bags, polyethylene liners, sling bags, and liner bags for railway and sea containers.
The company was founded in 2014 in Zhytomyr. In over 10 years of operation, we have gained deep experience in producing flexible packaging for various industries — from agriculture to the chemical industry. During this time, we have shipped more than 1,000,000 product units.
Production
Our production is located in Zhytomyr. Production capacities allow us to output over 1000 product units per day. The company team consists of 30 professional employees with experience in flexible packaging production.
We manufacture products from high-quality polypropylene fabric with a density from 160 to 220 g/m². Every big bag passes quality control before shipment.
Standards and Certification
Products of UKRBAGPACK LLC comply with the international standard ISO 21898:2004 — the standard for flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC), which defines requirements for materials, construction, labeling, and testing methods.
The Safety Factor of our big bags is: 5:1 for single-use and 6:1 for multi-use containers. This means that the big bag can withstand a load 5–6 times greater than its nominal capacity.
