UKRBAGPACK LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturer of big bags (FIBC) since 2014. We produce flexible intermediate bulk containers from polypropylene fabric with a density of 160–220 g/m² for storing and transporting dry, granular, and powdered materials. All products comply with the ISO 21898-2004 standard with a safety factor of 5:1 (single-use) and 6:1 (multi-use). We accept orders from 50 units and manufacture according to custom sizes. Two-loop big bags
Two lifting loops. An economical option for loads up to 1000 kg. Simpler design, lower price.
Four-loop big bags
Four loops — maximum steadiness and stability. Load capacity up to 3000 kg. Recommended for stacking.
With discharge spout
A valve at the bottom for convenient dosed unloading. Ideal for production lines and concrete plants.
With polyethylene liner

How to Choose a Big Bag: 5 Key Parameters
A correctly chosen big bag reduces cargo losses, simplifies logistics and lasts 2–3 transport cycles instead of one. Define five parameters before ordering:
- ✔Safe working load (SWL). Standard ratings are 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 kg. Choose with a margin: for ~950 kg of grain take a 1000 kg bag, not a borderline one.
- ✔Size matched to your logistics. A 90×90 cm base fits a Euro pallet and loads into a truck in two rows; the height depends on the bulk density of the cargo — light materials need more volume for the same weight.
- ✔Top and bottom design. Open top for fast bucket loading; skirt for weather protection; filling spout for dosed filling. Flat bottom or discharge spout for production lines.
- ✔Fabric density and safety factor. 160–180 g/m² is enough for grain and granules; 200–220 g/m² for crushed stone, coal and abrasives. SF 5:1 — single-use, SF 6:1 — multi-use.
- ✔Liner. Hygroscopic cargo (sugar, salt, fertilizers, flour) requires a 60–150 µm polyethylene liner — without it the cargo cakes within weeks.

Weight and Capacity of a Big Bag
An empty big bag weighs 1.5–7 kg depending on size and fabric density — exact figures are in the size table above. The weight of a filled container depends on the bulk density of the cargo: a standard 90×90×130 cm bag (~1 m³) holds about 780 kg of wheat, 680 kg of pellets or only 260 kg of sawdust. Heavy materials like sand (1500 kg/m³) fill a 1000 kg bag to only two thirds of its volume — otherwise the safe working load is exceeded.
