UKRBAGPACK LLC manufactures polypropylene bags with a capacity of 5 to 50+ kg for agriculture, construction, chemical, and food industries. Woven PP bags are highly tear-resistant, UV-resistant, and chemically resistant. We produce standard white, laminated (with PP film for moisture protection), with an internal PE liner, and with customized logo printing via flexography in up to 4 colors. Polypropylene is non-toxic — the bags are suitable for packaging food products. The minimum order is 50 pieces, for bags with printing — from 1000 pieces.

A wrong size or weave density on a 10,000-piece batch costs more than the bags themselves: seams tear, cargo cakes, the filling line stops. Define four things before ordering:
- ✔Capacity and size. The bag is matched to the weight and bulk density of the cargo: 50×75 cm fabric is enough for 25 kg of sugar, 55×95 cm for 50 kg of grain. Light bulky materials (bran, sawdust) need a longer bag for the same weight.
- ✔Weave density. The denser the weave, the higher the tear strength and service life. Standard fabric is enough for one-time filling; take reinforced fabric for reusable circulation and sharp-edged cargo.
- ✔Moisture protection. Dry bulk cargo is fine with plain woven PP — it breathes. Hygroscopic products (sugar, salt, fertilizers, flour) need lamination or a polyethylene liner inside.
- ✔Branding. Flexographic printing in up to 4 colors turns packaging into an advertising medium; the minimum printed run is 1000 pieces, with artwork approved before production.
